 To cope with extra demand for membership the Harbour Chapter of THE world’s leading business networking organisation, BNI, has a new larger venue. It is now based right in the heart of the town’s thriving commercial and industrial community. Meeting every Tuesday morning at Esporta, Cabot Lane, Poole these local business people are beating the recession.
During these breakfast meetings over £100,000 worth of business passed between members this year alone. They also develop their networking skills, get advice on how to avoid many business mistakes, and a regular chance to explain a little more about their specialised areas in a “60 second speech” and many referrals are passed between members as a result of this. These local businesses really aren’t letting the current economic situation deter them from the business of running successful businesses.
