Taking place on 21st March 2010 with a 9:30am start, the Winchester Sport Relief Mile will again be hoping to raise cash and help change lives. The events themselves are all about giving people the chance to rise to the challenge for Sport Relief, to raise money and most importantly, to have fun. You don't have to be an Olympic Gold Medallist to do a Mile. From running novices to marathon pros - the Winchester Sport Relief Mile will cater for everyone and literally anyone can get involved. In 2008 over 134,000 people took part in hundreds of Sport Relief Mile events up and down the UK. When people participate in a Mile event in 2010 they will again have the option to complete one, three or six miles to raise money and help change the lives of vulnerable people both at home and in the world's poorest countries.
